Ann Lostutter - President Born a Hoosier, Ann moved with her husband to California's central coast for ten years, then found herself back home again in Indiana in 2004. Ann is a mother of two young children, a Certified Kitchen Designer, interior designer, and historical architecture enthusiast. She researches and scripts many of our more obscure trolley stories, and is the keeper of the Book of Trolley Dates. She enjoys hosting elaborate children's birthday parties, home Bible studies, and holiday meals for family, friends, and sometimes strangers. Dave Adams - Vice-President A City Councilman and past Madison Main Street Program director, Dave is also the Youth Director at Madison Presbyterian Church and active with the Boys and Girls Club. He has two grown children and a (very cute) grandson. Dave is one of the nicest guys on the planet, and keeps us informed of city events, visiting groups and dignitaries to Madison, and has an excellent track record of organizing Progressive Dinner events. He has an impressive knowledge of Madison's history and often gives step-on tours to tourist groups. Dave's wife, Kay Lou, is one of our serenaders and is always helping us out and cheering us on. Jim Grant - Secretary Owner of Madison Fudge Factory & Guest Suites, consultant to the Chamber of Commerce SBDC, recipient of the Hoosier Hospitality Award in 2005. Jim is originally from California's central coast; on a visit to Madison, he decided this would be a great place to live and do business, so now he merely visits California and his two grown children and (adorable) granddaughter. Jim is very active with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and has served on numerous Ribberfest and other civic event boards. Jim coordinates all the advertising for Madison Trolley Inc. and has enough ideas to keep Madison entertained for years. He's the one who reminds us to pray when we have a board meeting. Rick Lostutter - Treasurer Rick has lived in several Indiana cities and towns, on the east coast, and on the west coast. He is a graphic designer, web site designer, book binder, print maker, and glass artist. He also looks very convincing in a trolley conductor costume. He's great with kids, especially his own, and he loves to tell stories to a trolley full of people. Rick designs our advertising, does a lot of coordinating and technical stuff for our events, and plays guitar for occasional serenades or background music. He has been active in a ministry of music for many years. Common to all the owners is a love of Madison, a Christian ethic in personal and business life, and a desire to reach out to children, teens, and young adults with a message of love and hope. While we do not yet offer free tours or events, a portion of all our profits goes to local charitites or non-profit organizations, such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Pathways Youth Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, etc. We strive to treat our customers well, and if someone is unhappy we try to make things right. We hope to earn your respect and your business for many years to come. Back to the top. |
