 Any time during the 2008 season We have several "regular" tour routes that are available with advance notice for large groups. These are subject to driver/guide availability and trolley availability, so give us a call and we'll check our calendar. Group rates are $12 each, with a 25-ticket minimum per trolley for two hours. Should your group require the trolley and driver for more than two hours (for instance, if we need to wait outside during a long wedding ceremony, or if a group of 50 people needs to get through a buffet line, sit down, and enjoy dinner), the "wait rate" drops down to $100 per hour, or $4 per person for the 25-person minimum. Depending on the tour, we can bill you with an invoice for ticketless boarding. These special tours include: The Wedding Tour, which is great for a family gathered together for a weekend wedding, or a wedding party en route from the wedding site to the reception site. Optional wedding decorations and serenade with four-part harmony. The calendar is filling up, so contact us today to reserve your date! The Celebration Tour, a family-oriented event perfect for a 50th anniversary or reunion. Includes a select group of historic sites and stories, plus a stop for ice cream or other goodies. Get the group together for a photo and we'll produce copies for everybody to take home. Ice Cream Social - great for a church group or business organization. Includes select sites and historic tidbits, with a stop at John Paul Park for ice cream sundaes. Available daytime or evening, weather permitting. Frame-worthy photos of your group produced while you socialize. The Lunch Box Tour - for history-loving groups with no time for lunch. Enjoy the mini-tour with a stop at an interesting site for a tasty boxed lunch, prepared by one of our fabulous local luncheon experts. The stories can be geared specifically for your group, depending on age, interests, etc. Polar Express Birthday Party - for a birthday to remember! Have the trolley conductor punch your tickets and away we'll go! Let our on-board chef serve you a cup of not-so-hot chocolate, and we'll see if we can find Santa himself. Includes birthday cake and a mountain of ice cream snowballs, plus frame-worthy photos of you and Santa produced while you wait. Fun for kids of all ages. Thomas The Train Birthday Party - great for younger children. Includes trolley ride with Thomas music, and the birthday boy (or girl) gets to ring the trolley bell! Souvenir Thomas toy, story time with the conductor, cake and ice cream. Princesses on Parade - adaptable for princesses of any or all ages, but be sure and wear your princess costume! Includes trolley ride with decorations suitable for royalty, princess music, elegant dessert with petit fours and ice cream, and photo session with lots of extra pictures to take home.
